Tuition and Scholarship

Tuition and Scholarship

Eden Theological Seminary is committed to making the cost of a theological education affordable. We do this in two ways - we hold tuition low and we provide as much scholarship support as possible.

Eden has adopted a flat fee tuition policy, meaning the annual fee is the same for each student, regardless of how many credit hours the student enrolls in and completes during the semester. Every semester, for two or three years, depending on the degree program, each student pays a flat tuition rate. At the end of the two or three years the student will have paid for the degree program. Should a student take more than the allotted time to complete the program, he or she will be charged a continuation fee.

Most Eden students receive some form of financial aid.

The Explore Scholarship is awarded to students beginning the Master of Divinity degree in the fall 2013 semester, who are members of a Christian congregation, full-time students (9 credits or more) and enrolled in Contextual Education. This full tuition scholarship is for the first year of study only.

Transformational Leadership Grants may be available to Master of Divinity degree students in their second and third year of study. Denominational scholarships may also be available.

For more information about tuition grants, please contact the admissions office.

Applications for tuition grants will be available upon admission to degree program. Students who wish to seek financial support must fill out a FAFSA form.
