Eden Theological Seminary’ Annual Fund is the primary way that alumni, friends, and churches contribute to the ongoing operations of the seminary. Gifts to the Annual Fund go directly to areas of greatest need, and help Eden in the following ways:
Depth of Curriculum
Annual fund gifts help establish new and improved courses in areas such as Old and New Testament, Biblical Studies, Christian Education, Church History, Church Music, and Worship and Preaching.
Breadth of Curriculum
The changing environment of Theological Education calls for new Master’s and Doctorate level degrees, online and distance education, and expanded opportunities for lay and congregational education.
Ensuring access to online and print resources at the Luhr Reading and Reference Library and Eden’s new state-of-the-art Archives Room is a crucial foundation of an Eden education.
Modern technology such as wireless networks, computers, projectors, and SmartBoards is an important component of Eden’s programs, but also requires significant investments and expensive maintenance.
Student Experience Abroad
Eden makes a commitment to each of its full time students that during their course of study at Eden, they will have the opportunity to take a class trip abroad. Donor support makes it possible for students to expand their inter-cultural understanding, which informs their ministry for years to come.
Donations help fund the maintenance and upkeep of Eden’s beautiful 15-acre campus, three historic buildings, student housing, and other facilities; ensuring a vibrant and spirited campus life both inside and outside the classroom.
