Are you shaped by changes in your congregation’s neighborhood? Are you shaping your community for the Common Good? Does your congregation have the right balance of internal and external engagement? Utilizing elements of congregational dynamics (internal) and local context (external), this hands-on workshop introduces assessment tools for identifying opportunities for ministry and mission. It also addresses ways to move from assessment to action in making your congregation, and your community, better places to work, play and pray.
