10:00am – 3:00pm CT – Pre-Convocation Workshop, Walker Leadership Institute – “Church Planting and Growth in the Progressive Christian Movement” facilitated by Rev. Osagyefo Sekou and Rev. Matt Miofsky

4:30 pm CT – Opening Reception. Join us for a celebration with a pick-up buffet and homecoming. Explore ways to connect through the “We are Eden Giving Club” and new educational partnership possibilities for congregations, denominations, and non-profit organizations.

6:00pm CT – Worship and Celebration of the Legacy of Walter Brueggemann. Eden’s Senior Preacher Awardee, Rev. Davanta Scruggs, will preach. A ceremony follows to honor Dr. Walter Brueggemann’s legacy at Eden with remarks by Rev. Dr. J. Clint McCann.
Reception to follow in Press Hall.
