Marlon Rhodeman serves as Director of Marketing and Communications at Eden Theological Seminary, where he leads the Seminary’s marketing, communications, digital engagement, and brand storytelling efforts. He works closely with students, faculty, alumni, donors, congregations, and community partners to share Eden’s mission and expand its reach through strategic communications, marketing campaigns, and creative storytelling.
With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, media, and brand development, Marlon brings a passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities for learning, leadership, and transformation. His background includes leadership in nonprofit, faith based, higher education, and entrepreneurial settings, with expertise in digital communications, content creation, audience engagement, and community building.
Marlon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Fisk University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana. He is passionate about helping organizations tell their stories in ways that inspire action, strengthen relationships, and create lasting impact.
