Born and raised in St. Louis, Rebecka Wyrde is a nonprofit management and development professional with a broad range of experience supporting Christian organizations of various denominations and focus areas. She received her Master of Science in Nonprofit Business Management from Fontbonne University in 2017. Before joining the Advancement Team at Eden, she provided administrative and database support to advancement teams at the Catholic Student Center at Washington University and St. Patrick Center, a Ministry of Catholic Charities.
As Eden’s Development Manager, she leads recordkeeping efforts and assists with event planning and communications with donors and alumni. She is passionate about developing meaningful ways for Eden alumni to stay connected with their alma mater.
Outside of work, Rebecka volunteers her time with local nonprofits Tenth Life cat rescue and Laumeier Sculpture Park. She is also a visual artist and her work has been exhibited at the St. Louis Artists’ Guild, Art Saint Louis, and with Stray Rescue’s art auction fundraiser Urban Wanderers.
